EVENT RULES, POLICIES, GUIDELINES
All Local, State, and Show Rules Must Be Observed!
Exhibitors who desire insurance on their exhibits must place the same at their own expense. Attention should be noted to the necessity for insurance covering all risks (fire, theft, liability, damage, flood, etc.), during the period the exhibitor’s goods remain in the building.
THE GUN & PREPAREDNESS SPORTSMAN SHOW shall be responsible for providing security for surveillance of the building only and assumes no responsibility for goods brought into the building.
Exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless THE GUN & PREPAREDNESS SPORTSMAN SHOW, their managers, officers, sponsors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any suit or claim for personal injury or property damage or for the loss of use of property by whomsoever sustained on or about exhibitor’s participation in the show.
In the event, the KNOT COUNTY SPORTSPLEX or any part of the exhibit area thereof is unavailable, whether for the entire event or a portion of the event, as a result of flood, fire, tempest, or any other such cause or as a result of governmental intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, strike, lock-out, labor dispute, riot or any other cause or agency over which THE GUN & PREPAREDNESS SPORTSMAN SHOW has no control, or should THE GUN & PREPAREDNESS SPORTSMAN SHOW decide that because of any such cause it is deemed necessary to cancel, postpone or re-site the event. THE GUN & PREPAREDNESS SPORTSMAN SHOW shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the exhibitor in respect of any damage or loss, direct or indirect arising, as a result of thereof.
THE GUN & PREPAREDNESS SPORTSMAN SHOW shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of contract regulations and rules and the power to make such amendments thereto, and such further rules and regulations as shall be considered necessary for proper conduct of the event.
Right to Refuse Service. Aftershock Preparedness, Nature's Pantry Foods or The Gun & Preparedness Sportsman Expos (The Company) reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion and without details or reasons, this includes vendor registration, space reseveration or entry to any of our shows. We will use reasonable efforts to give Customer prior notification in the event of any such determination.
All events are Juried Events unless noted so.
